SENATE OF THE PARLIAMENTARY UNION

SENATE ORDER 2015-5

Creation of the Citizens’ Forum

WHEREAS: In recognition of the repeated informal requests of several citizens of the Union, we
move to create a new section of the forums dedicated to the discussion of
government affairs by the citizens of the Union.

WHEREAS: There is currently no place dedicated to the civilian discussion of said affairs.

WHEREAS: We hereby establish the following:

ORDERED: A permanent section of the forums, entitled “Citizens’ Forum”, will be created by
the Founder within 7 days of the passage of this bill.

ORDERED: All citizens shall maintain the right to discuss government affairs in the forum
section thereof, free from censorship, unless specifically denied by the Judiciary.

In the eyes of the chair, a majority of Senators duly elected and seated have voted in the affirmative on this bill. As such, it has officially passed the Senate, and has been sent to the President for his approval.

Due to inaction by the President and the amount of time since the passage of this bill by the Parliament, I do consider this law passed and made Law for our Union.
