Ah, and I forget to mention it.
First we settle the rules of terrestrial map, then we proceed for the interstellar one.

1) Non - parliament members are to claim only islands and not mainland.
2) Nations will be able to gain more land by 2 ways that are being in a war or peaceful talks.
3) Nations may set up their military forces in unclaimed land, also known as "occupying" .

For rule one, would that mean that at the end of each election, those that are not re-elected lose all rights to their claims on the mainland? Also, this first rule ignores that not all of the PUSN's member claim to host a thriving, and rather large civilization. Some of which govern multiple worlds and star systems.

Both first and third rule sounds quite radical and unfair for others. For unclaimed land, mostly the Union will take care of it, as we also might got other newcomers.

Why should someone get extra perks in RP just because they're a Senator...?  Doesn't seem very in line with your Realist Party ideals Wink

Firstly , war does not mean radicalism. This is practicing RESPONSIBILITY. It always in line with Realist Party. I didnt promote radicalism in our region. This is part and parcel of this game. To rise for power , it is the nation responsibility to either to sacrifice their soldiers or work and compromise. For point 1 and 3 , i would like to just propose.

Aside from regular member nations, the region will also have its own regional capital in the map. Regional Capital will be rule by members of the executive branch, and it is also where the parliament, the seat of the president and also the prime minister.

And about how much of the land controlled by nations, it had to be determine with the number of each nations population (and also how is the nations geographic, for example Abdoa is based on the Island of Abdoa, where a Big island will be suitable for him as his population is high)' However, for the fairness of other smaller nations, between each nations will have a no-man zone, which act as a buffer. This will not be used on island nations, as they already have seas surrounding them. The other ways are simply let the smaller nations have a predetermined bigger area, and minimize the no man zone.

We will need to occupy those land which is not controlled. Islamic State Of Malaya does not want to allow Radicalism and Terrorism to rise in unowned land ! IT IS FAR TOO DANGEROUS !

For unoccupied land, I proposed that the regional government (I mean the region, not any other specific nations) itself will directly control it, where when a certain nation's population reach a certain level, a portion of land will be delegate to that nations.

And one more thing, I believe that me, UnitedTerran and Terran Star will only have embassy nations on the map.

Edit: My puppet state and I will have an Allied Embassy Nation, which frankly can reduce the land use I require.

I agree with most of what Sirius has said, the only thin I haven't liked is Rule one of Malaya's post, which does not boast equality but greed (no offense Malaya I know it wasn't intentional) I agree with both of his other rules though. Malaya was just trying to state the whole Union will "occupy' the empty parts on the map until new members join.

For the unoccupied part of land I proposed a similar structure like the UN Trust Territories, where all the unoccupied land will be placed under the administration of the regional government, and regional army will 've form to protect these lands. When new nations that join this region are ready to adopt a part of these land, a small part of the land will be delegate to the new nations as according to his nations populations and he can decided whether he want a land lock territory, coastal territory or island territory.

I would like to just take back my first point since its quite unfair but i would like to propose the other 2 policies to be implemented. Yes, i meant that Regional Military has to be deployed in unowned land to ensure 0 gowth of terrorism. I would also agree that the size of a nation on the regional map should be based on their population size.

I agree with those two statements, the only thing (in your first comment) I didn't agree with was giving non parliament members islands only.

Ok I know this might sound totally unreasonable but I suggest that for RP, it had to be according to the overall strength of your nations.

I would like to point out that since population size is determined in NS by the length of time spent on NS, the rule that size has to do with NS population is slightly unfair, as it advantages nations that have been longer on NS.

About size of nations, the number of population can not be related to it. Each nations dictates its own size.
