LibDem votes in favor, however we would expect this to be the default option. Also, for the future, we should institute a deadline for submitting bills.

True. Just want to make absolutely sure because it is standard RL parliamentary procedure that bills can be lost in between Parliaments. I don't think that this is what we want though.

Motion has failed, but I do request that whoever chairs the next parliament still follow its recommendations.
