Constitutional Amendment: Reducing Constitutional Ambiguity (SO#15-11)

So, I woke up at noon this afternoon a little bored, so I decided to make a Constitutional Amendment to clarify the whole Cabinet Members-Parliament thing.

Well, I ended up basically re-writing the Constitution Razz

So, here you are, another three pages for your reading pleasure. As a Constitutional Amendment this will require 2 more Senator endorsements and 6 senate votes.
