Outskirks of a Hashkinian missile silo, Northern Hashkin

"Sir, Commander in Chief Palmer has authorized the use of the missile against Sepharich, it's a go!" Said a young private to Captain James Crawford. "Alright men, let's do it." As the captain ordered the launch of one of Hashkin's most powerful non-nuclear missile at Nanja Heights. Over the past 6 months, tensions between Sepharich and Hashkin were high and after the destruction of a Hashkinian commercial cruiseliner, Hashkin decided that this was the tipping point. Chancellor Tony Bakker, who was very furious, ordered the launch of a Hashkin J-78 missile. It is expected that the IDC would declare war on Hashkin, so the government have been gaining allies for the, Mutual Defense League, to help Hashkin in the war. Now that the missile have struck the Nanja Heights infrastructure, the soldiers in the missile silo cheered in victory, Hashkin won its first victory.

After learning of the attack, Grand Admiral Theodra Xi'an orders that the embassy territories be placed on alert, with nearly a quarter of the local population evacuated. Prime Minister John Mar ordering all consulates and embassies within Haskin and Sepharich to be evacuated and all sensitive documents being burned or deleted. Thousands of civilians are extracted from numerous nations around the Union, and hundreds more remain voluntarily.

In a speech at the Imperial Palace, Imperator Shran Zhong-Shan issues a statement, requesting that order be restored, "It is my hope, that the situation between Hashkin and Sepharich does not escalate. The Empire grieves with the people of Sepharich for the losses of life and damage to the nation's infrastructure. However, the Empire did not know of the destruction of a Hashkin commericial vessel until this morning, and we hereby stand with the people of Hashkin in arms should the need arise. Until then, we open our borders to diplomats from both sides to end this war before it can begin."

The most elite combat unit in the Empire, the Capital Second Fleet, sends its medical ships as well as 50 fighter craft, of which the fighters are stored in a cavern underneath the outskirts of the embassy territory.

ALL AROUND SEPHARICH, A STATE OF PANIC AND ANGER WAS SPREADING FROM PERSON TO PERSON, WHO ATTEMPTED TO HURT OR INSULT HASHKIN IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. IT WAS CLEAR WHAT THE PEOPLE WANTED, THEY WANTED JUSTICE. THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO RECEIVE.


In Kelgar Hall, the home of Viktor Pushkin, a publicly televised meeting is being held.

Viktor: Friends, family, citizens. We are here today to discuss the uncalled agressiya, aggression, that they have decided to show us. There will be justice for the dead that have been destroyed by Hashkin, and the wounded that are now scared for the welfare and situation of our great nation. We seek an apology from Hashkin, as well as a pact that they will not show this aggression again, as well as them paying for the medical treatment that all of these people require. If not, we may have to ensue in conflict. We need a response soon, because this issue may not be unattended to.

Ellvin:Sir, I can say that all of the citizens and our nation all agree that Hashkin should pay the ultimate price for killing many of our people. My fellow Ministers and I strongly encourage you, as well as the people, to declare war. We will not put up with being attacked without a response or conflict of some kind that will teach them a lesson.

Noxin:Let me also say that a war could and will boost our economy and teach other nations not to attack the superpower that we could become. I believe that we could become the economic power of the Parliamentary Union of Nations, if this war sparks. It could also spark the power of Work Ethic and Integrity into our youth, who desperately need to become more serious about work and education.

Viktor:I agree with your statements, but I would prefer a response from Hashkin first. Without this, it would be dishonorable to start conflict without an explanation or reason as to why they committed this crime, although what they have done may not have been honorable. I must also consult my fellow International Disarmed Congress members.


PEOPLE ALL AROUND SEPHARICH ARE PARTICIPATING IN HEAVY PROTEST BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE HASHKIN SHOULD PAY A MUCH LARGER PRICE, THAT THEY SHOULD FEEL THE HUGE AND WILD WRATH OF THE PEOPLE OF SEPHARICH, THE SLAVS.
