Post by Abdoa on Fri Jun 09, 2017 7:00 am

Please vote on the following amendments to the bill:

Amendment I, Abdoa:
To amend Article I to read as follows:
"Elections and regional polls to be held at Our Regional Page, shall be conducted in the following order of precedence if the dates set for them (partially) overlap each other, or when no especial date has been assigned to them yet, that does not overlap another election or poll:
1) The election of a new Founder;
2) An election of the position of President;
3) An election for the position of Prime Minister;
4) A Parliamentary Election;
5) Another election for a specific position or office, mentioned in Our Constitution;
6) A by-election for the position of President;
7) An election for the position of Prime Minister;
Cool A Parliamentary By-Election;
9) Another by-election for a specific position or office, mentioned in Our Constitution;
10) Another election or by-election for a specific position or office, mentioned in an Act of Parliament;
11) Any other (by-)election or regional poll, their precedence being determined by the date they were asked for to be held, and if it be the same, by the discretion of the Founder or other official presiding over the vote."

Amendment II, Abdoa:
To replace in all other instances in the act the word "holden" and its variant "beholden" with the word "held".

This is an informal vote, so as soon as the Chair notes a qualified majority for all amendments, the Parliament will pass to a vote on the bill itself as amended or not.

A majority in favor of adopting all the proposed amendments has been noted by the chair, therefore the Parliament will now vote on the bill as amended.
