Amendment I: To replace the current Section D, Article II with the following clause:

"Section D: Add 'Article I, Section D, Subsection 2'

We move to add the following to the Constitution as Article I, Section D, Subsection 2:
'No member may create a puppet nation so they can have two concurrent Government or Senator positions in the Union. Upon first offense, the member, and all puppets thereof, will lose their government position if already a member of the government or Parliament, and be permanently barred from being elected or appointed to Government or Parliamentary positions. Upon the second offense, the member and all residing puppets thereof shall be permanently banned from the Union.'"

An absolute majority of Senators is required for this amendment to pass. Please vote efficiently and promptly! The voting will stay open until a majority has been reached, or for three days until 1900 on Tuesday 12, 2016 EET(UTC+2 instead of UTC-8 for Pacific Time).

Because this is an informal vote, since a majority in favor has been reached, the vote is closed and the amendment to the bill accepted. Voting on the bill itself will commence as soon as I have more time to transfer and edit the text.
