Jurisprudence Order 17-01

Due to an extended period of absence by the incumbent, the powers of the Minister of Jurisprudence are devolved as follows:

1) The powers of the Minister of Jurisprudence are hereby devolved to the Chief Union Prosecutor Nassau-Windsor and the Chief Citizen's Advocate Islamic State of Malaya.
2) The power to issue Jurisprudence Orders shall not be devolved, as well as the ability to appoint and dismiss employees of the Ministry and non-Ministry roles.
3) All uses of the powers of the Minister of Jurisprudence must be made unanimously by Nassau-Windsor and Islamic State of Malaya.
4) This Order shall go into effect at 16:00 UTC on Sunday, August 6th, 2017.
5) This Order shall expire at 12:00 UTC on Friday, August 18th, 2017.
