I apologize to my Hon. Friends, as I did neglect to inform you all about SO#2017-51 ("Prevention of Abuses of Power Act"). Under II.A.1 of that Act, Senators Aralunya, Abdoa, and Libertarian Democracy are prohibited from voting on this proposal as they are directly named within it and this topic has more than three co-sponsorships. As such, Aralunya's vote will be counted as an abstention unless they retract it, and Abdoa's retraction is recognized. I will leave voting open as long as possible, but I am prohibited from issuing any extensions. Voting will close in 25.5 hours.
