Amendment I: To replace "the nine senators" with "all the senators" throughout the bill.

Amendment II: "To add the following clause after Article II, clause l: 'm) All amendments to or repeals of existing bills must be passed by a two thirds supermajority of all the senators.'"

Please state which amendments you are in favor of and which you are in opposition to.

The majority has been reached, for both amendments, so they are both adopted. The bill will now pass to the final vote.
