Executive Order 16-04

Due to an extended period of absence of the incumbent, the powers of the Presidency as defined in Article III, Section C of the Constitution are hereby devolved and delegated as follows:
1) The power to veto or sign acts of Parliament as per Article III, Section C, Subsection 3 of the Constitution is hereby devolved and delegated to the Minister of Communications, Junastria.
2) The power to regulate recruitment as per Article III, Section C, Subsection 6 is hereby devolved and delegated to the Minister of Communications, Junastria.
3) The power to regulate military operations as per Article III, Section C, Subsections 2 and 5 is hereby devolved and delegated to the Minister of War, The North Region of Westeros.
4) The powers of handling foreign relations as per Article III, Section C, Subsections 5 and 7 are hereby devolved and delegated to the Minister of War, The North Region of Westeros.
5) This Order shall go into effect on August 4th at 0500 UTC.
