Temporary Founder Election Lock-down Permissions
WHEREAS this Chamber finds that electoral fraud or attempted electoral fraud is a persistent problem at our elections,
WHEREAS this Chamber feels that, the Founder, though ultimate source of authority in the region, should constitutionally only take extensive measures in exceptional cases,
WHEREAS as we have seen, attempted electoral fraud is not an exceptional occurrence, and
NOTING that the following provisions are temporary, until a fully fledged bill may be brought before Parliament to address this issue, it is hereby
ALLOWED and REQUESTED that the Founder close the regional borders with password protection, not disclosing the password, within 72 hours before the start of any election, only removing password protection after the conclusion of the electoral cycle and the publication of the results, and
ORDERED that the permissions and procedures in this bill will lose the force of law exactly two months after the passage of this bill, except in the case of an extension bill brought through Parliament.
