SO 2015-05 Citizens' Forum Act ENACTED

SENATE OF THE PARLIAMENTARY UNION

SENATE ORDER 2015-5

Creation of the Citizens’ Forum

WHEREAS: In recognition of the repeated informal requests of several citizens of the Union, we
move to create a new section of the forums dedicated to the discussion of
government affairs by the citizens of the Union.

WHEREAS: There is currently no place dedicated to the civilian discussion of said affairs.

WHEREAS: We hereby establish the following:

ORDERED: A permanent section of the forums, entitled “Citizens’ Forum”, will be created by
the Founder within 7 days of the passage of this bill.

ORDERED: All citizens shall maintain the right to discuss government affairs in the forum
section thereof, free from censorship, unless specifically denied by the Judiciary.
