I think embassy nations for stellar nations do not need to be big.

As the Head of the Ministry of Development, once the regional map is adopted, I proposed the construction of a Capital City of the Union, where the Executive, Judicial and also the Legislative Branches will stationed.

That map looks good. I think everyone should get relatively small tracts of land. Even Cesaru. Maybe like Iberia-sized.
