Development Order No. 17-02

The Portfolio of the Ministry of Development under the Constitution (Article III, Section E, Subsection 3, Clause A) tasks the Ministry to act to maintain regional activity and engagement. It is therefore under the purview of this Ministry to take action when, due to the systems of NS and the results of members’ interactions with that system, a lawfully elected official is hindered from exercising their duties. This is why we find it necessary to rectify the current situation in which the WA members of the region are not endorsing the lawfully elected Prime Minister, which has led to the official thereof being unable to execute their duties as WA Delegate as outlined in the Constitution (Article III, Section D, Subsection 4).

It is hereby ordered that all WA members endorse the rightful Prime Minister within 72 hours of the time in which this Order is posted.
