Executive Order 2017-2

NASSAU-WINDSOR by the Grace of Our Region of the Parliamentary Union of Nations Founder and President.

TO all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting!

WHEREAS Our term ends at the end of the thirty-first day of July next, and at that precise moment the term of President-Elect Lhistonia begins;

HOWEVER MADE AWARE that the said President-Elect cannot, due to certain arduous circumstances take on the full Office of President until the fifteenth day of August;

BE IT THEREFORE, by Us, and by the authority of the same ordered and ordained, as follows:-

1. The privilege and responsibility of the President, as defined by Article III, Section C, Subsection 3, of Our Constitution, being that to give Presidential Assent or to withhold said Assent, shall be devolved and delegated to The Right Honourable Libertarian Democracy MP GSM LSM, Minister of  Jurisprudence, from the end of Our term until this Executive Order is to be declared null and void by Our Successor the said President-Elect.

2.  The privilege and responsibility of the President, as defined by Article III, Section C, Subsection 6, of Our Constitution, being that to regulate matters of recruitment, shall be devolved and delegated to The Right Honourable Hashkin MP LSM, Minister of Development, from the end of Our term until this Executive Order is to be declared null and void by Our Successor the said President-Elect.

3. The privilege and responsibility of the President, as defined by Article III, Section C, Subsection 2, juncto Subsection 5 of that Section, of Our Constitution, being that to regulate military operations, shall be devolved and delegated to The Right Honourable Bostler LSM, Minister of War, from the end of Our term until this Executive Order is to be declared null and void by Our Successor the said President-Elect.

4. The privilege and responsibility of the President, as defined by Article III, Section C, Subsection 5, juncto Subsection 7 of that Section, of Our Constitution, being that to handling foreign relations and powers, shall be devolved and delegated to The Right Honourable Thomolia, MP LSM, Minister without portfolio, from the end of Our term until this Executive Order is to be declared null and void by Our Successor the said President-Elect.

5. And that all other privileges and responsibilities of the President, as set out by the corpus of law of Our Region, shall be delegated and devolved to all the previously mentioned Right Honourable gentlemen in the points one, two, three, and four of this Executive Order, to be held and exercised jointly, from the end of Our term until this Executive Order is to be declared null and void by Our Successor the said President-Elect.
