Voting on Amendments to SO 2017-17
Amendment I, Libertarian Democracy MP:
To strike the following text from Article 13:
"If convicted, the regional court shall order that the member shall be deemed unable to be put on other ballots, the number and positions therefore having outlined."
This is an informal vote, so as soon as the chair notes the presence of a prevailing majority, Parliament will proceed to the passage vote on the bill, amended or not.

Nassau-Windsor votes against this amendment. As the provision clearly and specifically outlines what has to be put in the decision of the Court.

Re: Voting on Amendments to SO 2017-17
Libertarian Democracy votes in favor of the amendment, as the provision is redundant; Under the Law, the Court cannot pick and choose which positions can or cannot be held by the convicted member. The Court must already implement a six-month ban on them holding any kind of office, so there is no reason to have a provision which so confusingly restates and contradicts SO#2017-14 ("On Judicial Rights and Procedures").
