SO 2017-20 Role Play Coordinator Act

Article I: Introduction

-Acknowledging the importance of regional role play, a Role Play Coordinator shall be appointed.

Article II: Tasks of this Official

-Noting that the regional coordinator's task is important to ensure efficient role play in the region . The tasks are as follow :

I: Expecting the appointed role play coordinator to create situations and events for the nations in this region to role play, although members of the region may as well.
II: Emphasizing that nations to accept and agree with the events and situations created by the role play coordinator.
III: Further emphasizing that the appointed role play coordinator ensures no game - modding and events shall involve all nations , regardless of size and power.
IV: Seeing that the region is inactive in role playing , RP coordinator should create a RP events although citizens and officials of the Union may create them as well.

Article III: Elections

-A new Role Play Moderator Moderator will be elected every 2 months.

-Nations wishing to step down must contact the founder to host another election for this post.

Article IV: Punishments

-If nations do not follow the Guidelines already stated, they may receive the already given Role Play punishment, as well as following the following new regulations:

I: Expresses its hope to ban nations from participating in role playing if the nation is found guilty of using puppets to support it’s actions.
II: Fully encourages that the court to recognize role playing regulations.
III: Aware that there are existing role playing rules and regulations , this region shall roleplay according to the rules and regulations.

This bill was revised and edited by me, to meet the standards of the Parliamentary Procedures act.

I do not think that a roleplay coordinator should be directly elected by the nations he/she will be arbitrating, but rather appointed by the MoD, since roleplay falls under that ministry's portfolio. That way the coordinator can be more objective, as he doesn't have a group of nations who voted for him and one who didn't.

Also, I really do think that all of this should just be covered in the regional map bill, under perhaps the name "Regional Roleplay Act", to save time.

Alright, you can take 2017-22 off of the list for debate hall then.

Well, why don't we just add the text of this bill to that one, and do some quick touchups? I feel like there will probably be plenty of amendments anyways at the debate stage.

So can I note both this version of SO 2017-20 and SO 2017-22 as withdrawn, and lock them?

Yes. You can also do so for Malaya's old version.
