I do support this bill as it will permit more government transparency. However, I, of course, have a few suggestions:

1) Article 7: The WFE has a character limit. As such, I do recommend that the warning be placed visibly at the top of the On Elections and Appointments dispatch.

2) Add this as Part I Article 8: "For all officials in the Government or Legislature at the time of assent of this Document, they shall each have seven days to disclose all puppets residing within the region before it will be considered Non-Disclosure." The purpose of this being that as the bill is currently worded, current members of the Government or Legislature are not required to disclose until their next election.

1) I know about the character limit, but since disclosure is also required before serious RP, I really want it to be obvious. And since we stopped using the long names for nations in government, I think there is enough extra space left for a very short announcement. Also, the dispatch referred to isn't actually regulated by law, so we'd have to establish in this Act, which is rather off-topic. I will edit the bill saying the notice has to be in the welcome TG, and in any case we, as active citizens, will have to do our bit anyways reminding the invested newcomers. And the language currently in the bill says "requested", so if the Founder can't, he can't.
2) Thank you, i was going to put somethibg like that in, but it slipped my mind. Will edit the bill to that effect.

I now do co-sponsor this proposal. However, one slight change must be made before this bill reaches the debate stage, and that is in Part I, Article 8.

"they shall each have seven days to make the disclosures"
should be replaced with:
"they shall each have seven days from the time of the assent of this Document to make the disclosures"

I know that the date was already referenced earlier in that clause, but it was listed in the condition and not the effect. To make the effect as specific as possible, the above changes should be implemented.
