This place, created after the passage of the Regional Honours Act 2016 (See Parliament), is the office where Regional honours are created, granted and stated. It has been noticed that The Gambinos has falsely displayed the ribbon of the LSM on his user page (and subsequently, in his box with personal information when he posts).

Under Article 9 of SO 2016-15 (Long Service Medal Act), it is illegal to do so for members who have not (yet) received membership of the Order.

Notice is hereby given that The Gambinos has not (yet) received membership of the said Order.

Therefore it is hereby ordered that The Gambinos removes the ribbon of the LSM immediately, or at least within 5 days, or I shall see myself forced to start a court case against the aforementioned member of Our Region.

KNOW YE that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge, and mere motion in pursuance of Article 12 of the Regional Honours Act (SO 2016-5) and of all other powers in that behalf Us enabling do by these Presents advance, create, and prefer Our Trusty and Well-beloved Libertarian Democracy GSM LSM, Minister of Justice and Member of Parliament, to the state, degree, style, dignity, title, and honour of Baron Libertarian Democracy.

And for Us and Our Successors to apoint, give, and grant unto him the said name, state, degree, style, dignity, title, and honour of Baron Libertarian Democracy unto him for his life.

Willing and by these Presents granting for Us and Our Successors that he may enjoy and use all the rights, privileges, pre-eminences, immunities, and advantages to the degree of a Baron duly and of right belonging which Barons of Our Parliamentary Union of Nations have heretofore used and enjoyed or as they do at present use and enjoy.
