Referendum Proposal, SO#2018-06

1 - The President will call, by executive order, with the support of the co-authors of this Proposal, a Yes/No referendum on the following question:
“Should the the text of Parliament file number SO#2018-06 ("Government Secularism Act") be adopted into law?”
§2 - As regulated by SO#2015-01, the referendum shall be held on the Union’s regional page on NationStates, with the two options being “Yes” and “No”.
§3 - The result shall be published in the “Lobby” subforum of the Parliament section on the Union’s forums, and shall have the force of law until overturned by a future referendum.
